I love my fridge is now working again and it was the less expensive part.

I also love that our shop addition is finally underway.

So got the go ahead with the job. Went from a $10,100 job to a $6500 job since homeowner just wanted just a cheap aluminum gutter screen instead of the expensive cover. Should be able to get out of there in one day in now though.

I'd have kicked that up another at least 4 feet, 6 better. Sidewall tin is cheap

I know...you always can go bigger. This will be nice for us. It will get our trailers and forklift inside.

Re: Things I Love (2)

Love them.

The cool thing is watching Adam-12 reruns and then watching ChiPs reruns and seeing how the same areas changed over the 10 years or so.

I also watch them and then look at Google maps and check out the streets they filmed on when they flash the street signs.. Some of the same houses are still there.

Geeky TV nerd stuff.

Getting phase one going on the new rentals. We will get three on here with the existing house which is rented with the septics.

Test holes for first septic dug in the picture, about to start developing the road and water system and hopefully get cranking on the construction so we are not framing in 100 degree heat

Love that I have weather tech mats in my truck instead of carpet. Had a jug of urine fall over when I stopped short on my way to the lab. Cap wasnít tight. Was able to grab it quick at least lol.

You do know, that you don't have to tell us everything that goes on in your truck, right?

RIGHT?

Re: Things I Love (2)

When a customer that left me a 1 star review for not being able to fit him in my schedule comes crawling back saying he hasn't been able to find anyone else and wants me to do it.

He's now paying double what I would regularly charge for the same job.
