Playing Dutch Blitz with the kids.

I have to play with them if I want even a slim chance of winning lol.

It won't be long and they'll be spanking me good and proper at it though.

Re: Things I Love

Took all three kids to get new basketball shoes, apparently the first time they have gone to a real shoe store. They had no clue that you picked out the shoe you wanted and the salesman went and got your size.

Between three kids and the wife, there went 450 bucks for 6 pairs of shoes.

I think my youngest two said thank you daddy like 200 times.

Plus I get to coach my youngest daughter's team and maybe my sons as well.

First year for my oldest playing MS girls basketball. Being 5'8" at 13 probably doesn't hurt anything.

to see that on their face, will be burned in your head the rest of your life. not for what you spent....but you took the time and spent the money on something that means a lot to them.

don't blink your eyes, you're going to be walking them down the aisle.

I can't believe my oldest is 13 already.
I swear last week she was two.

Never understood the sentiment when I was told but it seems to be happening way too fast. Pictures are great but we always look at each other and jokingly snap an old school imaginary photo because it's our way of remembering something personal.

Sometimes. I just wish I could stop time watching all of them watching TV... Makes me smile. Click.

Mine turned 24 last month and just graduated from UCF. Next is the Masters!

Seems like just yesterday she was a little kid.

Well, until the grandkids to an extent...

But I'll be impressed if you're still shredding surf when your grandkids are old enough to join you...

Re: Things I Love

Hey Warner can you adopt me I need a new pair of work boots!

I was talking to my son's teacher earlier this week and she was telling me my son had brought a bunch of my business cards to school and was going around to the teachers giving them a card and telling them they should call his dad if they need work done.

He's still going at over 70,, I will not. My body is in not good shape.

Most of you guys don't know this guy but he's a legend!!!
His name is Jock Sutherland. On the north shore there is a break called Jockos. Sometimes a young man will keep dropping in on his wave and he will paddle up and talk to them and ask them if they know the name of the break and they'll say Jaokos. He will reach out his hand and say Hi I'm Jock. The man is also a roofer.

Re: Things I Love

Watching the game today.
Over the Internet.
Completely indifferent to the butt hurt/kneeling crowd - many who are watching it in secret.

Dont know what the score is - or who anybody is.

I know I am NOT paying a cable bill to watch - and that makes me feel good.
