That was the most disgusting, molded bathroom I've ever done. The only place for the water to go was the joists, which were completely rotted out, which left these weird cavities in the spray foam.
Deeeeeeesgusting.
Probablh Trumps fault you commie...

107 yo grandmother caught the china virus in a nursing home and passed away today. She fought tooth and nail til the end, nothing to eat or drink for 6 days just morphine drip. A month and half ago on her birthday she talked of making it to 108.

I remember you mentioning her. She saw so much in her lifetime. Good and bad.

So sorry for your loss.

Sorry for your loss, Deck.

The important thing is how she lived, and the memories.

She never drank or smoked in her life, probably had something to do with her longevity. A no nonsense gal that took no crap yet always had a smile on her face.

Sorry to hear of her passing... That's a long road to live an example of how to do it...

Re: Things I Hate (3)

My grandmother passed 5 years ago at 99. The % of people that live to 99 is obviously really low, 107 even lower.
Let me hit you with something I realized when she passed that blew my mind. If you live until you're ~100, you leave the world in the hands of a completely different set of human inhabitants than when you arrived.
I know seeing everyone go was difficult for my grandmother, but I know she also enjoyed seeing the new arrivals, and it seemed like there was a nice peace that came with the whole thing.

107 is remarkable. That she had her wits about her is such a blessing.

Re: Things I Hate (3)

He should have asked what LAW he is breaking. And then after they tell him it's a mandate explain to them that he is a private citizen and doesn't have to oblige to mandates. Only people working under govt have to obey the mandates.

Not that it would have changed anything, but it's the truth. The govt doesn't have the right to force you to wear a mask, under any condition. It's your body, if you decide that you will allow harm to come to your body they can't force you to wear it.

And don't give me suicide crap because he isn't causing imminent harm to himself. And the suicide crap is at least a law you can look up in the books.

Re: Things I Hate (3)

Finished the upenda Blanca trifecta on Saturday.

9/12 was Extreme Bond Primer

Yesterday was Pro Classic and Eminence.

Sometimes I wonder why I get out of bed in the morning, but then I remember “Well, at least I didn’t light a dump trailer on fire.”

It’s not too early still, is it?
