Remodeling....... the never ending BS that goes on daily. I think there's a bow in that stone I could see a little bit of daylight under my level when I Bridge the ends.

Wait til it starts and doesn't produce electricity.

It can be fixed.

Re: Things I Hate (2)

Found a nice house we liked. Put an offer in and have been back and forth with the seller when we finally settled on a price, or so we thought. It's been a pain to deal with the seller. The guy can't make up his mind, even his own realtor can't stand him. As we're literally writing the paperwork to formalize the offer the guy decides he in fact doesn't want to sell it for that much and jacks the price again. I put my foot down and said either take this price or have it sit on the market for another 2 years.

If he doesn't like it, too bad, we're walking.

Especially if you get your heart set on a house and then it don't go through so then you have to go with whatever the next house is!

It's in a great location, close to her parents, good neighbourhood, no issues, big garage, tons of room. It's what we're looking for. Just a jackass for a seller.

A&E and I we're going to buy the house by my moms and I signed a contract for rent to own and they decided to quit paying the bank for it so it went into foreclosure! But we ended up with a really nice house on the lake! It will be spectacular when we get our Master Suite done! Anyway I guess I'm saying everything happens for a reason!
