Brush off the loose pieces and paint it with Chassis Saver.
It'll buy you a little more time.

This would be a candidate for spraying down with ATF. If you're cheap, you just use your fluid from the last change.

I'm fine, thanks. Ole lady's pathfinder. I almost missed him and clipped his face but the body flew into the door. Will need a new from bumper and door at the very least. I haven't looked at it in the light yet though.

Furnace chit the bed. Did a little troubleshooting before heading into the office. Think i got it ciphered out.

Found my part at Lennox. It cost 2x the amount there than online BUT, it was in stock.

And here I thought we were going to have it rough next week. At least we'll be in the single digits above zero, not below.

Re: Things I Hate (2)

Wife's cousins texted me who live in Indiana, PA. They said one day is a high of 6 and a low of -8 next week... That's crazy cold. They supposedly have 3 days going below zero. That's insane to me.

Going to be nice here for a couple weeks. Funny how me and the ole lady get all excited because it's going to get below 40 for 2 nights in a row and only a couple days over 70... You're talking about coming close to 40 below. I can't even comprehend what -20 is like. I was in minus temps once in Pittsburgh and it is absolutely horrible, seems like it can't be any colder.

I was sweating my ass off today cause the customer had their damn heat on when it was 65 outside. Our relaxing time is when it finally cools down under 70... I'll be thinking about you guys up there.

Difference is our torrential downpours will be starting in a couple months are on their way and heat and extreme humidity has already started with a few cool days left. Halloween it usually finally gets below 90. Just different lamentations I think.

Re: Things I Hate (2)

I just showed STG's picture to my wife and what I wrote about different places.

She said, could you imagine having kids up there? You couldn't even tell them to go outside because THEYLL DIE!

Point taken... You guys got it worse.

Wife took this on way home last night. Just about sunset.

To deck and the other southerners, the bright things on each side of sun, are called sundogs.

You see those, you don't let the jewels slap against each other. Shatter like glass.
