Smelling my armpit by accident while holding a post, and getting a flashback of a customer that stunk like BO.

I always have pit juice in the truck in case I become odoriferous during the day.

Re: Things I Hate

Pushing customers to the $ max of their budget, and then over, after working with them for 6+ months. Not sure this one will go. The appraised value could still come in under aquisition, AND aquisition is just over their present mortgage approval ( their finances have improved so this area may change). Two potential strikes out.
They'll need to come up with more $, or we all lose.

My armpits, like my feet...never stink.

I sweat more than any human on the face of the earth but yet.....I don't smell.

I'm not being cocky...it's just fact.

I guess maybe.....I'm blessed.

Edit...and i don't use deodorant or antiperspirant...ever.

Nope....I ask those I feel comfortable with asking.

It'e weird. Like I said...I sweat more than most...so I don't know if the "flow" has something to do with or not.

I know it sounds weird and cocky...it's just the truth.

Personally, I find that taking a shower using soap on a regular basis helps keep the odor to a manageable level.

I like the one in the Spring the best.

LOL

Re: Things I Hate

I hate useless supply house counter people.

Really you're a flat roof supply and don't have a single roof drain? Worthless people didn't even try to look anything up or help me come up with a solution. Sent my girlfriend there a couple weeks ago to buy me a welder and they were all kinds of helpful. Imagine that.
