I have a bucket full of them too. I went through them and tested with a VOM and marked the actual output on the transformer. None of them were as indicated, some were way off.

That's because you were testing them under no load. Put a load on that's a significant percentage of the current rating, and you should get readings much closer to what the label says.

Most are more cordless phones, radios, etc. that barely draw any amperage. I don't see it making a huge difference. I also don't think most products are that sensitive to it. If the plug matches (and sometimes even when it didn't) and the volts are close enough I have used them with success.

Re: Things I Hate

The light load regulation of the wall warts is pretty pathetic. I would trust the labels on them or get a 50 ohm resistor and put that in line and measure the voltage across it.

Scope creep with a deadline.

Either one is fine by its self, I can deal with the deadline if you stick to the original scope of work. I can also deal with scope creep(I kinda like it actually.....more $, same place) if you understand it adds time to the job. I'm good with either, just pick one.

Re: Things I Hate

Getting a call from someone in Rancho Cucamonga. When I tell him "Im sorry I don't service that area". He has the balls to say. "Well! You were probably singing a different tune 5 years ago". I politely told him "actually sir, it caused a lot of contractors to collapse around me so I picked up market share. He hung up the phone on me. What a little bitch!

Banking apps that haven't incorporated a fingerprint ID yet.

Wouldn't want one, unless they've learned how to read through cuts, crap and caulk.

You guys don't have to use the option if you don't want to, but a password protected app without a fingerprint option in 2016 is a sh**tty app.

With what? Banking apps without fingerprint? Every major credit card, bank and investment house app I use has fingerprint except for one. And that one sucks. Amex and BofA both have awesome apps.

I don't do banking on the internets. Anything can be hacked.

No, apps that use fingerprints for security.

I hate that I don't have anything that requires my fingerprint. I feel left out

Fingerprint scanners are not all that valuable to those who work in the construction industry.
