I don't think it's the fact we discuss guns it's some people here take it to the extreme and it just becomes an unnecessary pissing match between people's opinions

Or people pretend they know you better than you know you and believe their opinion should override all else. It wouldn't be fair to call it a pissing match if you set them straight.

I think he means when you walk a wall (or similar) and the top plate is missing on the next section but you don't realize it. You drop 1.5" and it scares the sh*t out of you.
