Being dumb enough to throw all my work clothes in the washer at once. Forgetting we have a fiddly dryer that doesn't dry all your work clothes at once.

I've started the morning with slightly damp pants before. When it's 90 out it doesn't matter, they'll be wet by 9.

I hook a vac to my table saw every time I cut PVC. No interest in having any more of that dust floating around than needed.

I can definitely see why you'd do that. I just keep hearing that once you start on the green coolaid you don't stop lol.

You don't really want to stop either.

It doesn't have to be a Festool vac. That's just what I hook up.

Use a 3/4" nap roller cover as an adapter from the 27mm hose to the portable Dewalt table saw.

I have a setup with a "Y" and a blast gate to plug the Kapex and table saw into the same vac and only need to slide the blast gate to use the table saw, then close it back for the Kapex. I have a 3 plug adapter in the front of the vac so both tools stay plugged in.

That way if you want to run both at the same time, or one, or the other, you can. It works really well.

Re: Things I Hate

That's a pretty awesome set up. Especially in renovation.

Re: Things I Hate

When I am at the top of the ladder and drop the roll of Teflon tape I am using before I disconnect it from the fitting.
Had to go down and rewind 14' or so of flimsy white tape Becuase I only had the one roll.

Guess I also hate that no matter how many rolls I buy I seem to have no more than one at any one time.

Re: Things I Hate

I did the same thing last year. But rather than a spider web, I just got one large crack, diagonally across the touch screen. Now, one half it touch screen the other...not so much.

The worst part, it was my birthday gift from my wife.
