Posts like this, I was blissfully ignorant of that possibility yesterday.

I assume the Kevlar saftey toes would help me but an inch back would be worse than the toe.

It hit just behind where the safety toe would be. It struck me as so off the wall I couldn't even be mad.

One of my guys was drilling tapcon holes with the sds yesterday. He apparently dropped it, the bit snapped, and the fragmented end struck him under the eyelid. Did not bleed a lot, but it was difficult to keep a bandaid on it.

At least the grinder wasn't in the box.

Of course not, it's not even my box! Not my lock either. The GC left for Alaska and didn't bring his tools home, just left them in the box with enough Siga tape, spray foam, nails, and screws to justify cutting the box instead of buying more fasteners and tape.

Hate getting a new phone and no longer having the CT app. Now I need to figure out how to get it on to this phone.

Digging holes in hardpack riverbed/old roadbed/backfill. Turns a quick job into a long drawn out nightmare, especially at 90 plus degrees.

Pulling some rake edge molding for replacement 25' up on a ladder. I'm going to hate it worse if there are hornets...

Sulking and passive aggressive behavior from crew, because I barked a little. I need some things to happen sooner rather than later.

Three weeks ago, we had our first slow down in two years. I knew it was only gonna last for two weeks, so I made sure nobody knew about it. I was able to get some stuff done at home and go out of town with the wife for a few days.

Bay area barking is a little different - just tell them is isn't cool to get it done late, whatever.

While sitting on your scooter sipping wine. And then give everyone a hug and tell them they are special and complete you.
