Actually there really isn't that much difference between table salt and sea salt. There are only trace accounts of minerals in sea salt. But those we get from other sources.

As for the anticaking agents they don't keep your cells from absorbing water. Magnesium carbonate is the most common and it passes through your system. It had been used for over 100 years in take salt. It can absorb water but not enough to really effect you cell function.

Himalayan sea salt? Its actually mined and the pink hue is just iron oxide, not much ocean in the himalayas. I use iodised sea salt flakes that are evaporated by sunshine.

Yeah... Huge Morton salt mine near me... 600' down, was once the bottom of the s__

Side note:
The hollowed out caverns are one of the safest, naturally climate controlled storage vaults in the world.. Hollywood sends the original master films here for safe keeping....

Getting it done today because Im framing next week. Thank the good lord, at least until Thursday,

Only thing I framed this year was that garage addition and a small addition on the back of an old house. I still trim quite a bit, but it aint the same.
