I micro-manage most subs I'm working with for the first time, no matter how well-recommended they come. You never know until you've seen their work personally. Later jobs, I'll leave them alone.

No call, no shows...how the hell am i going to be in 2 places at once this week...

And lying salesman. "We have one in stock!" I pay for it and they say: it will be here in two days... I paid extra because i need it now, asshat.

Its only tuesday and my week is shot to hell. aaargh!

That is not the case today. My main guys PM retired this year and now he thinks everyone needs micro managed. I have been doing his jobs for 4 years now.....he knows what kind of work I do and how happy I leave his customers

hahaha. My new helper does it as a joke sometimes (definitely not all the time and he he is obviously joking when he does it). I wouldn't get it if my wife hadn't showed me a sat night live skit about it

Waiting for Cabinet delivery, 18 wheeler at the end of a 1/4 mile long driveway (TODAY) DOESN'T SHOW, DRIVER SICK

My sewer co. wanting a 15' wide permanent easement at a measly $3 a linear ft. and another 20" wide on both sides temporary easement for $150 WTF.
