google earth that, imagery on it was was 8 of 2016, that pipe is sticking out of the water quite a ways.

That's my area/our water supply and I can't tell you how good it feels to see The Glory Hole flowing again. It hasn't flowed since 2006. The pictures from last year and now goes to show just how much rain we got this year. Floods all over the place and of course the Oroville dam mess we have going on now.

Since your'e local, I have a question for you. What's the feasibility of supplying water from the the north to the south out there, as in from Northern CA, OR, WA to drought-stricken S. CA, like the valley? Just curious if pipes would make any sense, or is the topography wrong? Seems like a no-brainer from 3000 miles away.
