Last Post Regarding Worker, You Guys Need-------

you guys need to chime in, im sure most of you can relate to this.
my new worker, the strange guy ( hard worker) comes to the job site today with his pants on backyards; you heard correct, his pants were on backyards. my one guy starts whispering and kind of giggling which catches the strange mans eye. my guy then asks, " are you interested in my pants, today is Wacky Wednesday ". he then turns to me and says " boss, next week you should wear 2 different shoes".. the guy was as serious as a heart attack.. so now im like, sure, whatever floats your boat.
my other workers who are mainly Mongolian and arent as festive just look at the guy as if he is nuts. that being said, i do have a great crew and we do fantastic work. if he wants wacky wednesday, he can have it. as long as it doesnt effect anyones work.

Yeah.... I'm beginning to think davinci just sits around thinking up this stuff. I mean, guys in the van with hookers, one of his workers kicking the **** out of one of his customer's kids while the Dad looks on and encourages him and now this?!?

I'm beginning to smell a rat. A MONGOLIAN rat.

It sounds more like his company is located in Disney World with all the rides we've been on.

I thought the bunch of cattle rustlers I have working for me were bad. I will put up with nuts if they are making me money, to a point. If they become a distraction , they gotta go.

I think every day is "Wacky Wednesday" for you and your crew.

And no, I can't really relate to showing up to work with my pants on backwards. Sorry.
