1984 Toyota Tercel (purchased new - crappy car)
1977 Buick Century (paid $100 - blown head gasket)
1974 Peugeot 504 Station Wagon
1966 Ford Falcon Station Wagon
1981 Honda Accord
1981 Pontiac Bonneville station wagon

Starting in 1990, I began purchasing new cars and keeping them until they were mostly dead.

Here I am in 1976 with my beautiful 1974 Super Beetle. Check out that pants suit!

In 76 I know for a fact I didn't dress that way, I was a hippie so my outfit usually included flowers, peace signs or some psychedelic crap. Definitely don't recall Hilary pant suits.

1909 Model T.

Bought it new for $22.36.

When I got old, I sold it, and bought a brand-spankin' new '49 Studebaker 2-Ton Flatbed. Boy did she purr like a kitten Dagummit.

There are just some things the kids don't understand. If you are not over 50, the gas wars, oil embargo, muscle cars for sale for a few hundred dollars....just doesn't make any sense....

I remember being in high school and a local dealer was selling two very nice 71 Mach 1's for 9,995. That bought both of them.

In 9th grade a Pontiac GTO was 1,250.

A 69 Firebird was 950 in the 80's.

Even with inflation, you would be lucky to find a decent Honda Civic for those prices now.

My first car was a 1970 Mustang Mach 1. My uncle owed my Dad some money and foolishly offered him the car thinking he wouldn't take it.

Second car was a 1971 Pontiac T37, don't remember what it cost.

My first work truck was a 1980 Chevy with the converted diesel in it. What a piece of crap that motor was.

My first new vehicle was a 1984 Chevy pickup I bought for $14,900. I ordered that truck after I put new head gaskets on the converted diesel and they blew again the next day.

I'm a Ford guy now.

Look left that was my first car, and that's my cousin sitting next to me now a mother of 3 and in her fifty's.

Austin mini country man (little woody)
Austin mini pick up
Austin mini moke
Austin mini cooper
Austin 1800
Austin maxi

Chevrolet suburban
Jensen interceptor
Ford ranchero

Then I left England and got stateside, I had to wait till I was 21 before I could get insurance on real cars with v8's hence all the Austin's also my farther worked at the Austin motor co and I had to walk past the factory on the way to school.

Will post the USA list, it gets wild and long I have to sit and write out the list there has been so many.
