Re: Happy New Year!!!

Well, it's just past midnight here in Germany, so Happy New Year to all. I hope we all have a great year in 2014.

It's weird, I know, but watching all the fireworks go off here made me think that 70 years ago this would have been an anti-aircraft flak barrage and the only thing missing was the drone of squadrons of our B-17's.

Re: Happy New Year!!!

I hope everyone had a Blast last night and got home safe if you went someplace to celebrate!!! There is an old saying... "The way you celebrate New Year, this is how your year will be"
Just rolling out of bed with a nice hangover...

There is an old saying... "The way you celebrate New Year, this is how your year will be" so for the last 25 years its been a tradition to celebrate New Year in my house, so on the average I usually have 30+ people, family and close friends and we go at it until
4am, eating, drinking, dancing, etc.

Today celebration to be continued, everyone is coming back, plenty of food left, but today we take it a notch down... just good conversation and relax around fireplace and maybe watch a few movies.
