Re: Favorite Prank To Pull

I've always liked to nail a guys pant leg to a wall while framing it.

Also when working a nice someone just drop a chaul line string down enough so he will walk into it and get a chaulk line on his face.

This one was kind of mean but I once dabbed a guys arm with PL 400 he looked at me in shock and said "are you serious?" I said "no" then smeared it all on his arm and said "now I'm serious"

Re: Favorite Prank To Pull

My favorite prank to pull at home on a wife or girlfriend is to hide a two gallon pitcher of water under a bathroom sink and then, when you go to take a leak (making sure that they are in earshot), slowly pour the two gallons from a distance of about three feet. I guarantee you that they will come to the door in amazement.

Re: Favorite Prank To Pull

My favorite is slipping a half a bag of Durabond 20 into the drywaller's 5 gallon bucket before he mixes the 'regular' powdered mud with water.

Most time they'll spend the better part of 20 minutes mixing with the drill and paddle so you can imagine how funny it must be to see their reaction once they are ready to start spreading it.

Never done it myself, but I hear that cutting the tips off some screws and placing them point up along a countertop your coworker is screwing in place from beneath gets a good reaction.

Re: Favorite Prank To Pull

Take an empty 5 gal drywall mud bucket screw it to the floor then fill it up with a full one, put the lid on it and leave the handle up. They about fall over when they grab it.
When I was a laborer back it the day the lead carpenter would take sap from a bleeding knot and smear it behind your knee. So all day every time you bent your leg it would stick.

Zip tie on a driveline.

"Do you hear that?"
Yep, better take it in.

Had a coworker put an "I love rainbows and ......" Bumper sticker on the site supers car on a Friday. He drove the three hours home getting honks and waves.

Monday sucked for everyone.
