I bring my lunch with me nearly every day. Once or twice a month I'll go out with the guys.

When I'm working solo I almost always go to a sandwich shop for lunch. I usually take 45 to relax and/or do office stuff. If I stay on site I'll only take 5 for lunch and no other breaks which takes a toll on my back.

Re: Do You Bring Your Lunch Or Buy It?

Currently just doing some granola bars twice during the day. If not, Subway or a local bakery that makes good sandwiches that are healthy.

When Im not trying to shed weight, I usually eat once a week, actually sitting down in a restaurant or cafe, not in my truck. Lol

My favorite lunch spot is a hole in the wall mexican restraunt.

Done it all but I live in a place where I can drive home real quick for a couple sandwiches. That way I can see my wife and little boy for a little bit.

Lunch comes in an ugly, dirty red & white cooler most days. Never get tired of smoked ham & cheese with brown mustard.

Re: Do You Bring Your Lunch Or Buy It?

I find it much easier to drop weight if I pack my own lunch. Plus I get to relax a little longer due to no drive time. As a added bonus I get to hawk everybody on their 30 minute lunch. Those guys must hate me when I stick around.

I didn't say my guys. I work in a place that has 5 different businesses in the same little area. We go out on occasion. Usually within 1/4 mile as I'm in an area that has a lot of different places to eat.

On Thursday I went up to Mass. to a Chinese place for the buffet. It was good and the guy I went with paid, so doubly good.

And Hooters is usually a planned thing (short term). I don't get a lot of visitors during the day that want to go out to lunch. Usually they want to watch me work and steal my secrets .....

I am at 12 lbs but I have been taking weekends off. Basketball has been awesome. It is a great way to network too. One of the judges we play with scheduled a bid meeting for next week.

Its not about being good, its about having fun and getting the exercise.

I always eat out . Something different ever day for lunch . Hate makein lunch in bag . Like hot food over bagged cold sandwiches . Never liked the idea of micro wave in truck or trail to heat up left overs .
