What you and the other skeptics are doing is just guessing based on bs and what you want to believe. You don't want to do what you're told so you look for a validation of your view.
I don't think skeptic us an appropriate word here. If all these geniuses claimed to have a lock on all this, I'd say some people could rightly be called skeptics. When scientists say there is a lot they don't know, believing they don't know is just going with the scientists own statements.

Here, I believe you were trying to use it as a pejorative term, but skepticism is fundamental to the pursuit if science - if you can't prove something, it isn't scientifically based.

Re: Covid Treatments

A Texas family doctor is having 100% success rate using an inexpensive treatment. The treatment is inhaling a steroid called budesonide using a nebulizer. Msm of course doesn't put that out cause it goes against the plan to vaccinate the population with Bill Gates new vaccine which btw cost 1,300 bucks.

Seems that's the same problem with HCQ. Doesn't make big pharma a chitton of money.

How is going to the beach more risky that going to the grocery store or museum?

They left out how risky attending a riot is too...

Apparently it was being used in Taiwan and this guy claims that's why their death rates were so low. But in actuality their CFR is the same as Texas in general.

I think the main thing is, this just isn't as dangerous as it was made out to be in the first place. Old and/or fat people who spend most of their time indoors, this is a deadly disease... The rest of us should just go about our business.

Something like 96% of the people who die with the disease have a Vitamin D deficiency.

You aren't going to hear much about drugs already on the market, because the FDA will hammer the manufacturers over unapproved claims.

If nobody can buy the drug, you can hype it all you want.

Ok, replace skeptic with contrarian. Or libertarian. Both equally annoying and pointless.
Of course there is some doubt and skepticism inherent in the scientific process, but this contrarian anti mask thing is like claiming it's midnight when the sun is shining and it's clearly 1pm. But then again, I guess it does look pretty dark when your head is that far up your own ass.

Why are you talking about masks? We are talking about possible treatments.

Re: Covid Treatments

According to my eye doctor if you're not wearing eye protection as well, a mask is pointless. Nor to mention a proper mask. Which is airtight.

If your eye doctor still doesn't understand the reason health experts around the globe are recommending masks, it's probably time to find a new eye doctor. What type of mask did you wear to your appt.?

I didn't mean to say nor imply that.

But since you brought it up, it's probably a good idea and probably why our numbers suck compared to many other countries.

Re: Covid Treatments

Back to treatments...

Saw a doc from FL who said they are now holding back on intubating, and instead using negative pressure rooms and more oxygen, or something to that effect. Results improving. But they're still up a creek with the sheer numbers, and otherwise healthy older adults still seem to be dying prematurely.
