Blizzard Of 2013

Forecasters are calling for 2 to 3 feet of snow in some areas.

For us in the Northeast we're about to get slammed.

Re: Blizzard Of 2013

I received a blizzard warning from my phone. I have never heard that go off before. Pretty loud and wouldn't shut off until I shut it off. We are expecting 15-23, but they change it every 6 hours. Boston looks to be getting hit harder than us.

60 MPH gusts! Helluva storm.

Here's my weather forcast: http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/...ery=13660&MR=1

I'm within site of that weather station. I guess we're supposed to get about 8". So far this year we've been lucky, only getting clipped by the top edge of the major storms.

That thing is crazy they use it in my county. I watched him exit 96 in Howell and nail the guard rail, he pulled right through it and went on his way, pretty neat.

I'm ready, got the plow truck fired up and ready to tear it up.

Just watched the range again. They are saying 15" min. and if it turns just right, up to 40". Something else if it gets that much.

Where are you in MA? The cape?

I just realized I don't have any mixers to go with my liquor. I was looking forward to being snowed in right up until then!

Just put in in the freezer for a bit, till it is syrupy, don't even notice the shots for a minute after they hit your stomach.

I always wondered how the plow boys learned to run that thingy.

Not like you could learn in a parking lot or something.

I know the exit well.

For those that wonder: Both axles steer. From behind, it looks like the worst case of dog tracking...

If traffic gets in the way, you turn both axles to put rig in line behind the truck, and tuck in the plow...

Once you get passed the soccer moms too stupid (or arrogant) to get out of the way, you swing the rig back out and go at it again.
