I like tuna fish from a can...for a sandwich. I like a piece of grilled tuna.

I don't like hot tuna for stuff like a casserole. Can't even imagine SOS with tuna fish.

we can fresh albacore every other year.

every year we get a few fish to bbq.

bacon wrapped, terryaki marinated, dry rubbed or a stint in the smoker & finished on the bbq, they are excellent.

Love albacore, they used to school offshore here in huge numbers years ago, now it's bluefin, yellowfin and big eye, all really good also.....

Used to have canned tuna and macaroni with cheese casserole, primo!
