Venison chili. Got some paprika straight from the Ukraine in this one. I always go for a bunch of pepper for flavor, but hard to keep the heat down for the wife. This one is on the edge.

Fry up some ground beef, add whatever you like to season with, add onions and or bacon. Drain grease simmer in your favorite bbq sauce

Flatten out some Grands biscuits and fill them with the meat (Must be Grands....store brands never come out nearly as good)

Fill the biscuits with the meet, Cover with shredded cheese and bake at 425 for about 12-14 minutes.

I reccomend cutting them open when you get them on the plate....insides are hot

We pay 5.95 for 3 Liters which is about 4/5 of a gallon. But that's because we subsidize dairy so heavily.

Here that would be a 2 gallon "box set"

The milk I pictured came from Jewel foods.

It goes both ways. Your best shot is HEB, Prime down there.

I buy waygu from a butcher and regular Prime from HEB. It's good here

Re: Any Of You Cook?

This reminds me of an argument I had in Colorado on my way to see downright to do some hunting. In some chit hole in east Colorado eating in a place that looked like a truck stop but was the nicest looking in town and I asked the waiter if it was a real steak.

He said what does that mean?

I said it means I am from Texas, and if I order a rib eye and you trot out a sirloin from Ben E Kiwth or Sysco you can trot it back lol

Apparently some of the the patrons at the bar don't like Texans. Conversation got a bit lively but not out of hand. I gathered a few folks in Colorado don't like Texans lol
