All This Talk About TP....what Brand Do You Buy?

I've always been a no-nonsense, Scott 1-ply type of guy.
Never saw the need for the 3-4 layers of the quilted stuff. I think it also tends to clog a toilet more easily.

You?

Only the best for my ass, especially as I get older. But no issue using 1 sheet at a time with the lux stuff. Seems to last about as long as a 1 ply roll. Weeks.

Having been in the sh!t business my whole life, I'm not going on the cheap on the quality or quantity.

One sheet per event? No freaking way.

I like some toilet paper with a little grit to get things clean.

I’ll use whatever, I really can’t tell any difference. If it’s thinner I use more squares, if it’s thick I use fewer.

Scott or whatever else is 1000 sheets/roll. A premium-enough alternative would be Marathon.

AngelSoft from Aldi is what the Mrs usually buys.

Corn cobs would work really great then.

We use septic safe , and think the wife buys the single ply stuff. A roll last me a long time, with women in the house not so much so , they can really use it up.

Re: All This Talk About TP....what Brand Do You Buy?

We are single ply here as well. Prime directive.

Lately I prefer the softer stuff because the single from Wally world can be a bit lacking in quality control. So thin you can't even get it to pull more than one sheet.

Thicker soft stuff actually use less.

Now, just whatever we can scrounge up.

Re: All This Talk About TP....what Brand Do You Buy?

Due to the current market conditions, I buy what is available. In normal times I get the big package of the Costco brand. It seems to be a good value, same with kitchen paper towels.

Normally Quilted Northern Ultra Plush. I'll go down to Cottonelle if I have to.

I saw a delivery truck at dollar general today and pulled in to see if they had TP, yes Wasn't even on the shelf yet and it was going fast, ha. Picked up 2 packs of 1000 sheet Scott cause that's what they had. Normally get the HEB house brand but, after dealing with the madness at the closest one last week I have sworn off going there until this crap blows over.

Cheapest I can buy. My arse is so callused from getting f****d don't feel it anymore. When I do just justifies I'm still alive and kicking

Seriously tho, it is the cheapest on the shelf, don't have preference and a shiney hiney don't mean much to me. Clean yes, but shiney only lasts till the next release of pressure anyway
