6 Year Old In Front End Loader

Took the boy who just turned 6 to a local quarry to get some stone for a job with me. He got to drive some heavy machinery while he was there. He had a smile from ear to ear.

Click the pic to play the movie on my photobucket acct.

HA! And so would I.

"Yeah I let my kid dump the stone into the dump trailer. I should be getting it back from shop next week."

Cool! I can remember being given the controls of a small airplane at age nine. I was king of the world.

Re: 6 Year Old In Front End Loader

My six year old can get around on a skid steer pretty well. That's about the biggest machine I use, and he begs to come with me every time I rent one. It makes his week if he can drive it for even 5 minutes.
