If I was RJ Reynolds I would default on that pay out.

Some judge, some lawyer just wanted their names attached to this stupid suit.

I smoked for 18 years. I just stopped one day. I know people who are 90, smoked for 75 years and are still going strong.

Do any of the drunks sue Anheiser Busch for their liver damage?
They might now....chit

Take everything out of the economy that we should not be allowed to choose....

What a fvcked up time I live in the US zoo America.....

Stripped of choice is not something that I ever thought America would become......

Are they going to try and kill the tobacco industry next....

Why stop there.....

Burgers.

Bacon,

Slurpies...

Tight panties...I can't feel my legs....

Wasn't NYC trying to put a high tax on soda recently. I know or mayor tried that recently. I think he forgot how much some people love black cherry soda.

Re: 23.6 BILLION Awarded To Smokers Widow.....

I am in jubilation awaiting the appeal.....

The onus is on liability...."who is responsible" the information about Tobacco is readily accessible and on the product itself....

That part of liability is over...the Tobacco industry has already paid....many, many years ago....

Done!....

Decision was made,...

They continue to sell tobacco ...

I'm all for it!.......good!

Sounds rather harsh , but...

It's my personal choice and no "entity " has a write to take it away from me....bad or not....in the US,....

My choice...

How this case got to where it is now......

It's puzzling to say the least...

My father smoked THREE packs a day from 1941 (when he entered WW2 as a foot soldier) until 2011 (when he died at age 91).

Who knows how long he would have lived if he hadn't been a smoker?

LOL.

Guns are different. We have a constitutional right to own them. Don't worry B, they're working on the problematic document.
