Re: 2020 NFL Season

Just me I guess. Oh well!

I can finally watch football without the casual racists that used to hang out in the Meadowlands. Awesome!
I'm really not seeing any downside to Trump's America.
They're tearing down monuments to the Confederacy, talking about police reform, and I get a football stadium to myself!?

Im guilty of not paying enough attention to really be balls deep into the season. I normally love hockey but it just doesnt feel right. I havent watched a single playoff game and the Bolts look nasty.

I'll continue to qatch the bucs of course, maybe some of the other games thst could intrigue me like Jackson vs a good defense or Mahomes against a good pass rush... But mostly just sticking to watching the Bucs this year...

Could be a bunch of reasons but its really because Im selfish as **** and I want to be able to celebrate with my son. So whatever. Go other teams my son likes but its all about the Bucs in our family this year. Just need a hreak from the seriousness of everything.

What could be better than being asked to root for a bunch of people that call you a dumb, bigoted ahole and then expect you to applaud and revere them?

How do you talk about football without including politics that they injected into the institution?

Talking football and why it's 'adios NFL'...................

Want to watch football? Support your local high school team and pray that the virtue signalling, nagging, and general b!tching by a bunch of people who only will let one side of an argument be presented doesn't pollute your local team.............

But yeah, go ahead & keep passing judgement based on video's you've been able to watch time & again & pick apart rather than have to decide in a split second.
That's a heavy claim from a little internet banter. But since you're a good guy, hey, no worries. My bad for stirring it up again with a little counterpoint. Let's pretend the cycle doesn't repeat itself.

Re: 2020 NFL Season

I ask because I can't keep up with the lexicon, but is "casual racist" a new woke thing?

I just recently picked up on Karen being like a derogatory name from one of Rogan's podcasts. I kept hearing "Karen" and wondering wtf did it mean. Apparently it's just a bitchy entitled white woman.

I could imagine casual racism has some new meaning.
