Old Tiled Bathroom-help On Quote


A lady told me the whole floor needs replaced. 12x10 , remove cast iron tub sink and vanity, demo tile, floor to joists, maybe some elec, a/c ducts, plumbing pipes possibly. Replaced w/ new sub floor and lanolium, fibor-glass tub. And dump fee. Can some one please help with a quote? Thanks, jr

I'd use helium balloons to "float" the fixtures during the floor replacement, it's a common practice and saves lots of work and money, make sure to use quality balloons, not the cheap ones, if you don't know where to get the quality ones ask a local clown. You could probably do the whole job for $800.00.
