Not too much progress worth noting. Been working there sparingly, busy with other projects.

Paints done, hvac is in, doors installed. Waiting for flooring delivery.

Costs me about $215/month to carry.

Good luck! Don't let the realtor price you out of a quick sale. I sold one last month in a little over a week..

Watch the DOM... Their kinda like bread, if they are on the market too long they're viewed as stale.

Yeah I hear you. I'm sure hoping for a quick sale, but not dire because my costs are pretty solid - just a couple monthly bills. <$200/month
