All in all though, pretty respectable showing for a bunch of bone headed contractors.

Long story short, rambler 1044 SF house with finished basement burned to t ok ground. Foundation good.

I am a residential remodeler and I want to rebuild. When I get plans, should they have drawings for mechanicals?

I want everything spelled out so I am getting like "propsals". I could really use some advice.

Tell it to me how to go about this as I generally like you advice and I'm almost over my head.
