Yahoo Is Awful

AVOID YAHOO SMALL BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!
Yahoo small business does my email, has for like 10 years. They updated it and now I have no access. I spent 4.5 hours on the phone yesterday 98% of it on hold. Called this AM got a person, they needed to "talk to their back end team" when I was on hold I got cut off, now I am on hold again. no amount of money is worth this.

Re: Yahoo Is Awful

It's 2019 move to office 364 or g suite

Will cost you about $5-10/month depending on your subscription level.

In 4 hours I can make enough to cover the cost of my email hosting for a couple years.

Re: Yahoo Is Awful

I went through the same thing with them two weeks ago, was locked out of my email for 3 weeks with lame excuses that they are working on it. It was total BS!!

After 6 calls like yours with the same BS, I finally went with the on-line direct help.
Took about an hour and a half, two computers, and 3 browsers. But I finally got in and retrieved all my missing emails from the past weeks.

I WAS FURIOUS!!! to say the least. Took weeks and hours of BS from them.
Like yourself, I've also been a "customer" of theirs for over 10 years.
YEAH! I'm looking to move my business elsewhere!
