Affordable Project Managing Software

We do mostly repair and handyman work for apartments and HOA's. However some of those jobs can be good size projects. Plus we do 2-3 projects a year like a remodel or addition. With plans of growing I'm looking for suggestion for reasonably cost project managing software. I want to make operations as seamless as possible.

What are the features you require?

How are you currently managing your projects now?

I'm not using any software now. I've been comparing CoConstruct and Knowify.
