Working In Different States

My business is based in Alabama and we are gonna be getting a bunch of work in Florida. Does anybody know exactly what steps I will need to take via workers comp for my employees etc?

I already have all my Florida certs and job related things done, I'm just talking about the money part of it..if I matters at all we do landscapes and decks/fencing

Thanks in advance

Re: Working In Different States

I work in 3-4 different states over year. I let my insurance company know when a job starts in another state.

You have to file state taxes for then state the income was derived in.
