Do you ever find an HO sitting there, jaw open, with that blank expression on their face after you explain what you're proposing to do? Some fields are easy to gumm down, while others aren't. Sometimes they'll ask me to please speak their language. I guess my question is how do you find that middle-ground without insulting them?
