Re: Hiring Ex Felons

When I was 22 I worked on a framing crew and I was the only one on the crew of 10 that had not done time some of the where hard workers and some where useless. It was a hit or miss with them. I think the Guy I was working for hired and fired over 200 guys that year

Man, that employer must have been hard up. What was it like working for him?

How can ANYONE consider a Tax-Cheat a "Thief". A "Tax-Cheat" is one who is smart enough to PREVENT The IRS from robbing them!

We background and drug test and will absolutly not hire a felon. We even use the fact we wont in our adds . We use it as a value item for our customers it sets apart from the compitition.

There's a big difference between being smart enough to prevent the IRS from robbing them and cheating on one's taxes, just as there's a lot of differences on what the cheating is but going back to hiring felons, for every good hearted ex con there's a couple of dozen rotten ones.
