So I would like the input on everyone here . I'm trying to pick out a new name for my company and want to know which has the most ring to it .
We will be doing Appliance, heating, cooling and home repairs/improvements .

The names so far are

AllDay Denver home improvements. .

My plan is to gets 1800 # to where my phone number will be (1800 my studs)

check out Hatchwise.com . I have used it a couple of times.
It is a site, that for a minimal investment, you can start a design contest.
Logo's, names, websites, etc. The bigger the prize the more input you will get.

Re: Help Me Pick A Name .....

I favor a name that's memorable without being cheesy (and 'studs' is definitely cheesy, that's going to turn off some customers right away).

You offer a lot of different services. How about "Denver Do-It-All"? It's got those catchy alliterative D's and "doitall" could transition to a nice 800 number.

Be bold and be different. Just ensure people don't have to take more than 2 seconds to figure out what it is that you do. Otherwise you've lost them.

Just don't pick anything immature or comes of childish. Something that explains what you do but is something a customer can remember.

Re: Help Me Pick A Name .....

If I could start over, I would name my business after the #1 keyword I want to rank for on the search engines.

Denver Home Repair or Denver Home Improvement. Do some keyword research and see what's most popular, then name your company that. Instant SEO wizardry.

Take that broad scope of work and enter into a niche market. Shave your chest and name yourself "Stud Nailers".

To the OP, did you ever settle on a name that does not have the word "stud" in it?

Andy.
