Re: Customers Who Won't Pay....?

Too late. Helped one of his guys mount some tvs last week, then this last job went south. Already told him to pound sand and he said the same.

Re: Customers Who Won't Pay....?

Too late, but now you know for sure.

I have one company that we do work for. The company has 3 divisions, which we provide services. Two of the divisions pay very quick. The third, the one that provides the most work, pays very slow. I've had them take up to 3 months and had to send multiple invoices.
One time, one of their department heads explained it to me. They have a guy in charge of paying everything. He prints out the invoices and puts them on his desk. Then he forgets about them. He told me, if you don't get paid in 30 days, send another invoice.
You would think it is ridiculous that a billion dollar company can get bogged down because one employee does this. Apparently it can happen. I deal with it every year. The work is good. They pay good. Just have to play the game.
