Calandar

I own a small flooring company that has really picked up lately. I currently keep track of my jobs on a non-electronic form calander - old paper and pencil. With 4-6 jobs going on a day and customers swapping days it gets very complicated and messy - a lot of white out. I would like to use an electronic version as it will be much cleaner but haven't found one that suits me. I'm looking for an app version of a calander that can be run on my iphone and ipad that will allow me to see a months view at a time, with colored bars spanning numerous days for different jobs. Can anyone help me out?

Re: Calandar

lots of flexibility in Google Calendar. If you're using Google Docs, the guys might go in and make changes/additions to the individual job sheets. You may benefit from hiring someone knowledgable to correctly set it up.

Re: Calandar

I've been using Google calendar for 2 years, and it has been helpful. However, about a month ago I started using a paper calender with sticky notes, and so far I love it. The sticky notes fit perfectly, and I can just move them if things change. I'm looking for other options as well, but think I will he sticking with this for a while
