Builders Risk

Hey guys,

First post here, CGC out of Charlotte, NC.

Iím hoping you all can provide me with some leads on a good builders risk insurance provider. Checking with all the normal national companies and my current agent, but thought one of you might know about a diamond in the rough.

Any help appreciated!

Re: Builders Risk

I buy from a company in Austin who specializes in insurance for builders (Capital Cities Insurance). Also Builder Trend sells builder risk (or they have an alliance with a company who writes it).

that's funny, I've tried to get a quote from them on multiple occasions and never hear back or have a returned phone call. That was back in 2014 and 2016.

What does CGC stand for?

Construction General Contractor?

We just have General Contractor here.
