Roof Coating Labor Cost

I've always done my own work on jobs that i've sold myself. Recently I have been approached several time about doing the roof coatings for other companies. With all the variables during the prep-work and everything else involved in coatings i'm not sure what to charge for labor.

Any help fellas??
