Gutter Outlets- How Do You Make The Holes?

I've for years used the Omni 3x3 with 5" gutters, I've always used 3"x4" pipe. Setting up a new trailer with 6" machine I need another tool. The descriptions I've found for the Omni say 5" only.

I do see a Malco 3x4 x punch/die that's new.

Thanks in advance!

. 3 3/8 hole saw. Simple and can pop hole while up if need be. I have 3x4 oval and 3/38 punches if you want. Let me know I don't use them. The 3 3/8 pop ins are about .60 each at place I order from.

The hole saw is real easy it's a no brainer. Those outlets are like $1.00 everywhere was just saying I know of a place where they're better and cheaper if you're interested.

Wasn't implying you're a cheap Bastid cause you won't fork over .60

The man who taught me balked at the cost- he made his own elbows, cut his own miters (no strips and no boxes), cut his own straps and swore by the Omni.

Every area is different. Most areas around me Guys use box mitres. When I go into NJ most guys use strips. Unless it's a funky angle very rarely see a hand cut mitre. Been years.

I'd love to get an elbow machine. I think crescent has one.

I do. I've got a Knudson EL 2002. Not cheap by any means, but I'm sure it's paid for itself in the years I've had it.
Just a much nicer looking job to have the upper elbows in one sweeping piece instead of a pre made elbow/straight piece/pre made elbow. Which also eliminates a few downspout seams. Super nice for doing custom offsets.
As far as downspout holes, I've got 3 Malco punches. 2x3 & 3x4 rectangle and a 3x4 X. To me, outlets are inexpensive and much stronger than using the gutter tabs from an X punch. Buy them a couple hundred at a time and the cost is lower.
With miters, I started out with strips but generally use box miters now. Even though most guys slide a square end into the box miter, I still saw cut them to the correct angle before inserting into the box. Makes one nice tight caulk seam instead of 3. More often than I care to remember I find that corners on the building are not exactly square. Usually there's room to make it work, but a person who knows what they're looking at could see a gap behind the miter/fascia.
Last Labor Day I did a tower/turret type thing. Weird angles. One was 32, another was 35, etc. Those had to be hand fit. Took a little time because I don't do it every day but I'm satisfied with the result.
