At least that's some what proportionate. Most of the "great" rooms we get are 18x18 with 20-20' ceilings. It feels like you're in an elevator shaft!

Re: Ward Road

Lookin good. What are the LVL's for? I can't see any real load on them. Is there going to be something hanging from underneath? Also noticed not all exteriors have Tyvek on them? Just curious.

Re: Ward Road

The engineered plan called for the lvl's to brace the roof. It is concrete barrel tile.

The tyvek , I like to do the ground level stuff all at once, less piecing in and taping joints.

Re: Ward Road

The weather has been kind of rough lately. Just too darn cold.

We got about 5" of snow the other day. I hate shoveling snow.

I hear you about the cold. I had a change order this morning, other than that, nobody worked. Doesn't look good for tomorrow or Friday either.
