Current SoCal Framing Project


I wanted to share a few pictures of a current project we have underway when all structures on the property are complete it will be just under 40,000 sq ft

The entire project is being framed with LP LVL throughout, all cuts sealed with sealer provided by LP. We framed the arches with ACX and screwed them together with timber screws. We Diaphragm blocked the roof and fasted the 5/8 Plywood with screws.

I will post some more pictures of Drops and Timberwork soon ...

My cabinetmaker did alot of work for her. They had a live-in architect, think the place was around 35k sq ft.
