California Desert Framing

We are truly honored to have been awarded the framing contract for such an amazing project. We hope you enjoy photos.

A few steps that help our product stand proud.

1.,All Walls were framed to exacting standards with EWP throughout = LSL by Louisiana Pacific

2., All Dropped ceilings & soffits were framed with LVL by Louisiana Pacific

3.,All Shear were Nailed with Galvanized fasteners, Our firm worked with the Engineer of record and the builder to allow us to replace the called-out nails with galvanized screws to mitigate withdraw from the curvilinear lines of the roof.

4.,We added a diaphragm blocking to help keep the sheets from buckling in the unforgiving desert heat.
