Ideas For A Router Sled For A 50x110" Slab

Any guidance before I go building a temporary router sled for this large walnut slab I'm wanting to flatten? It will be getting cut to 37x101 ultimately so I could at least rough cut it first.

I have one 5ft x 8ft. Aluminum 6" rails x 1/2" thick.
I can adjust the width 5ft to whatever. Unfortunately it's in my shop on wall and pic handy to share.

Got it to better than 1/8" in 8' with a handheld power plane and sanding.

Yes, hammered copper. I made a step in the thickness so the edge reveal around the sink is about 1.5" tall.

And thanks for the rotate!

you going to mill a drainboard into the top?

i've done a couple of sugarpine counter tops and the lady of the house requested that drainboards be milled on each side of the sink.

I love sugar pine, have six 16/4 24" x 16' long slabs of it.

Also a stock pile of 8/4 for exterior millwork.

Drainboard was discussed but this is a small bar top and likely won't be used in that way.

Free hand cut this sink cutout. Then tuned up with just 45000 hours of sanding.
