Fold Down Table With A Fold Down Bench

I need to build a table that folds down when not in use. I have built those before and its no bid deal. I now need to build one that has seating that folds down as well. I have been thinking of several different ways of doing this and looking online. So far I haven't found much else that has been built. Have any of you built or seen such a setup. Or even if anyone has a great idea or piece of hardware that I should no about.
