The thought crossed my mind - seriously. But, he knew I thought it looked bad (from my reaction, not what I said), and I didn't want to add insult to injury by taking pictures.

But, if I get the door job, pictures will come

Works great and makes money. I have no problem wiping it out and cashing checks. It holds the piece perfect.

Wonder what you elitists would be saying if Festtool came out with it first. The thing would cost $375 and you guys would be saying how great they were.

What you want proof ? Anyone who ever did business with me know that I'm top notch carpenter. That is customers, developers, architects other carpenters. One architect once said "nobody do not want you proof nothing we want you put how many hours you can working". And crown is not only what I do. I do this things too
- frame all kinds of roofs
- frame and trim all kind of stairs (didn't do circular so far, didn't do railing over post so far)
- frame all imaginable arches that exist (I'm math educated hold AAS in mathematics and finish entire calculus with grade A)

Awesome!

How many arches do exist?
I hold a HS diploma in "squeak by", I really don't know how many exist.

Post more pictures, man!

We love pictures.

Thanks for irony. About that second photo ask that architects who post same photo at their web page who frame that roof. Fill free to sue me if they do not say I did. That is roof with irregular hips, dormers and cathedral ceiling inside. Ask to if they did hold that cathedral ceiling open for months so other carpenters can see how should be done.

Go to web page of “choice wood company” and see how many arches exist. I was specialist for framing arches for them.
This is photos of a math educated person. Now show some pictures of yours high school level carpentry.

They really delayed the finishing of the job, just to give tours of your framing??!!

That's cool, I've never had that experience......or heard of that happening before now. You must be one of a kind

Thanks for the pictures of houses and stairs!!!

It didn't take a college degree to be a great carpenter.

Rob, as you know, it's the finished product that matters. How you get there vs how someone else gets there is immaterial.
