Good call, to often I skip lunch. Eat breakfast at 7 am and dinner at 7pm. Its a recipe for diabetes and really not healthy yet i do it anyways .

We typically work 8:00 - 1:00 then take a 30 minute lunch and leave at 4:30.

Some days more hours, some days less, some days we eat while working, etc...

I don't really drink caffeine at all. I'm not really a health nut but I rarely drink coffee or soda and never tea.

I'm fine with not relying on caffeine to function.
