Re: How To Bid Work For Tough Customers

had one yesterday... got the call to estimate a small job for a stair case. Told her I will be able to do a quote by end of the week. she complained I couldnt do it today. in short I told here tough **** and I will do it by end of the week. Then she called 4 times and text 3 times this morning asking where the quote is. I pushed them to voicemail.
Sent a estimate for double the amount with out listening to the messages.
Not even a thank you for the outrageous qoute lol
hope I don't get that job and if I do... I need half upfront.
