I just installed one and could not be more happy! Only downside is noise but that could be improved by location.

My main reason to make the change was size. Its up one the wall now and out of the way. Gives me much needed space.

The other thing I like which I never see in adds is that this hot water is "clean".
For germaphobes I think a pic of the inside of a standard tankheater would make them sign up for a tankless.

Endless FRESH hotwater!

Also great for people who travel!
