Base Pricing

I was wondering if there was a book/software or other form of database that gave us a base price we can work from that is also feasible for small business owners to purchase or subscribe to. Before everyone attacks me here about pricing talk, I have been in business for many years and have an extensive (not so user friendly) database of costs. Due to a divorce I need to start a new LLC and I am looking to make my database cleaner and more user friendly. I started with using the NAHB cost codes. We are well to do and are going into our 9th year, but the database I have has been built by me over the last eight years of work. I was thinking that when mechanics have to estimate particular work they have software that tell them how long and parts costs for that particular job. They apply their markup from that and equals sales price. Has anyone had any luck with estimating software or books, if so which ones, pros/cons?
